Full-time students receive a discounted rate. A conference representative will be in contact to confirm your full-time student status.

Payment by credit card is preferred. If you need to pay by cheque, this option is available until April 30, 2026, to ensure your payment can be processed in advance of the conference.

Conference registrations cancelled on or before Friday, April 24th, 2026 will receive a 75% refund.
